Returns:

Returns of products for exchange are accepted on a limited basis, and solely at the discretion of Effective Life Skills. Any returns should be arranged in advance through either: contacting us via e-mail by utilizing the Contact-Us link on the website; by writing Effective Life Skills at the mailing address of P.O. Box 7442 Seminole, FL 33775; or by calling Effective Life Skills business manager at this number: (727) 539-4303; in order to obtain return authorization and to coordinate the return procedure.

Refunds:

All sales are considered final, and cash or credit refunds will not be possible. However, following authorization by Effective Life Skills, defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same title and product type at no cost, with return shipping to be paid by the customer.
